Everything is made and packed by hand in Calgary. Here's exactly what it costs and when it lands — the real numbers, before you get to checkout.
Canada
Free on orders $75 CAD and over — enter the code FREE75 at checkout.
It doesn't expire and it's the only code you'll ever need from us, so it's worth saving somewhere.
Under $75, shipping is calculated by weight and destination. You'll see the exact amount before you pay — never after.
Processing: we ship within 1–3 business days.
Then, in transit:
Calgary — 2–4 business days
Elsewhere in Alberta — 3–5 business days
Rest of Canada — 5–7 business days
Peak periods can add a few days. If something is running behind, we'll tell you rather than let you wonder.
Local pickup — Calgary
Choose local pickup at checkout, no charge. We'll email you as soon as your order is ready to collect.
United States
Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout, starting at $25 CAD. Most orders land between $25 and $50 CAD.
Processing: 1–3 business days.
In transit: 7–12 business days.
Everything we make is made in Canada, and we declare it that way — so our products qualify for duty-free entry under CUSMA. Depending on the carrier you may still see a small processing fee collected on delivery; that part is out of our hands.
Because shipping starts at $25, a US order makes more sense as a full basket than a single jar. If you're not sure what to pair with what, email us — we'll tell you honestly, including if the answer is "wait until you want more."
United Kingdom
Flat rate $100 CAD.
Processing: 1–3 business days.
In transit: 10–15 business days.
That's a real number and we'd rather show it than bury it. At that rate the UK makes sense for a proper order, not a single candle — our UK customers tend to order twice a year and stock up
Import VAT and any duty are assessed by UK customs on arrival and paid by the recipient. Everything we make is made in Canada and declared that way.

We ship to Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. If you're somewhere else and there's something you want, email us — we'll find out whether we can make it work and what it would cost, and you can decide from there.
Tracking
A shipping confirmation with a tracking number goes out the moment your parcel leaves us. If it hasn't arrived within two business days of the windows above, email care@elysiumbliss.ca and we'll chase the carrier for you — you shouldn't have to do that part yourself.
