Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

• If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at care@elysiumbliss.ca within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop your order from being processed.

• If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order, but you can still return the product following our Refund Policy below.

Changes to Your Order

• If you need to make changes to your order, such as adjusting the shipping address or product selection, please reach out to us at care@elysiumbliss.ca within the 12-hour window to avoid any processing or shipping delays.

Refund and Return Policy

Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Send an email to [your email] with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective product. We will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund for the defective item.

Returns and Exchanges

• Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for candles, wax melts, or room sprays, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

• If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Refunds

• Refunds will only be issued for items that are damaged or defective. Once we receive your claim and photos, we will process the refund within 7 business days to the original method of payment.

• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
